Cancellation policy

We know plans change. Full payment is due when you book, and you may cancel for a full refund up to 56 days before your tour. After that, the refund steps down as the tour date approaches. Payment The full tour price is due at the time of booking. There is no separate deposit. Refund schedule Refunds are based on how many days before the tour date we receive your written notice. 56 days or more: full refund (100%). 31 to 55 days: 70% refund (30% cancellation fee). 15 to 30 days: 40% refund (60% cancellation fee). 14 days or fewer: no refund. Your booking may be transferred to another guest approved by Afluentè. How to cancel or transfer Send written notice to Afluentè Luxury Tours at info@afluentetours.com. The date we receive your notice sets which tier applies. Refunds go back to the original form of payment. Transfers A transfer moves your booking to another traveler and is available when you are 14 days or fewer from the tour date. Afluentè must approve the new guest, and any difference in fare or requirements is settled before the transfer is finalized. If Afluentè cancels If we cancel or cannot operate a tour, you receive a full refund. Travel insurance We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation for any reason, since refunds under this policy depend on how early you give notice.
